Hi, i am PADI open water certified and have dove in murky lakes to 70 feet. I will be in the lake Cumberland area of Kentucky in mid june. I would very much like to dive the lake then. If there are any Kentucky divers who wouldn't mind showing me around, I would appreciate it!! Have gear, will travel.

I am Advanced Open Water Certified, through PADI. And am looking to leard more about diving sites and oppportunities in the Central and East Texas area. My dive buddy stayed in Saudia Arabia, so I would need a partner. I am 39 years old and a 20 year military veteran.

Hi!! I am a PADI Asst.Instructor / SSI DiveCon. I have been diving for two years. I dive every weekend even if I have to go to the lake with only 15-20 ft. visability. I try to go to Panama City once a month and dive with Hydrospace. I have met some awesome people from Texas and Alabama. I am looking for someone to talk to and maybe to hook up with and go diving sometime. I am 29 and I hope to be an instructor by the time I am thirty. Hope to here from you and trade stories. I was recently SSI Open Water cert. 6/99, Stress and Rescue cert. 7/99, and working toward Advanced when I was involved in a major car accident. Broke ankle, foot and leg. I can't dive until at least 4/2003. Unfortunately the bug bit before I had enough diving for the year. I got a taste of the ocean and wreck diving in Panama City Beach, FL. and fell totally head over heals for the sport. I need e-mail pen pals to talk diving with in a bad kind of way (my wife doesn't share my passion for the sport). I'm totally laid up (no working until 12/99) and bored out of my mind.

Just recently received my open water certification. I have a sailboat (Ranger 29') on Lake Travis that I've been using as a dive platform to visit hard-to-get-to locations. I have a few friends that I dive with on occasion, but I can't seem to get enough and am always looking for another opportunity!
I'm also interested in travelling to other places, either in Texas or elsewhere. I'm willing to drive to locations in and around central Texas for day, evening or weekend dives.
